Come and join us to take part in a fun and interactive creative dance and toddler yoga class for you and your baby, toddler and pre-schooler.

This unique blend of a class designed by FATOWL offers a whole new experience of fun for your child and the moves and sequences offer support in every area of their development - physical, cognitive, social and emotional.

The class will provide an opportunity for you to exercise and have fun with your child, promoting strength, flexibility and balance, with relaxation to contrast with energetic activity.

Physical skills develop: crawling, walking, jumping, hopping. Stories and songs taught during the classes can aid the learning of concepts such as colour, numbers, size and shapes. Social skills emerge as your children exercise with and have fun with other children.

The creative dance aspect will assist with the following skills:

Musicality - exploring dynamics, listening skills, building language and vocabulary. Rhythm, musical structure.

Improvisation - increased creative confidence, decision making, problem solving.

Turn taking - using props/obstacles, watching each other and building on each other's ideas.

Strength & flexibility, balance, body awareness

You will also have a chance at the end of class to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuit and a chat with fellow parents.

Our classes are as much about the social aspect so you can make friends and relax.

If you have more than one child please just pay for one child. When you add siblings to the booking you will just have to enter their name and date of birth but no extra payment.
